This page has been created in order to assist District recordkeepers in the performance of their duties ... in the hopes that it will assist me in the performance of mine. Hey, it's a selfish program, right? ;)
There's not going to be a lot of action here, I don't think. I'm not planning on running informational "Registrar's Tips of the Week" or anything of that nature, mainly because I'm pretty new to this, and frankly don't know any tips. If anyone else does, I'd love to hear them.
The main use of this page will be to provide members of the fellowship with forms tailored for use in Area 83. As such, here you will find Group Change Forms and New Group Forms that have been created by me in order to ensure that information changes within the Area are forward to me first, New York second. This will ensure that the main users of the information, your Area, have the most up-to-date information on the groups as possible.
To the right below the logo are several file choices for download. Simply click on the link and then either save them to your computer or open them and start your registrarin'. Feel free to download them and distribute to your groups as you see fit. They also make a great gift for that special occasion. Currently the files contain only the forms, but I plan to attached a second page to each file, a checklist, to assist users in filling them out. I will hopefully get to this as soon as I have completed the Area information update for the GSO Directory.
There's also a little thingy at the bottom you can click to add comments. Please do, and let me know if there is anything else that you would benefit from finding here, or any other suggestions, experience, strength or hope you may wish to share.

Haven't had much time to check out the whole spot...too busy. But I did manage to save the group change form and will forward the changes, namely the new alternate GSR info...soon in order to make the new directory publication deadline.
